The HR Generalist will be a key contributor to the culture and effective human resources management of the organization, leading and participating in a broad range of programs and activities.
Position Requirements:
- In a consistent and effective manner, administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs for all organizational team members.
- Effectively implement human resources programs including employment processing, health and welfare benefits, assists in training and development of team members, and records management.
- Drive positive employee relations through strong communications and support of a respectful, team-based environment.
- Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending well defined strategies.
- Completes special projects including setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information.
- Assist with maintaining department files, job descriptions, and company programs to ensure accuracy and up-to-date.
- Participate in the completion of annual benefits open enrollment and weekly payroll.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with plant management, supervisors, leads, and team members.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Serve as a positive leader and mentor by exhibiting and instructing desirable behaviors and skill sets.
Education and Experience:
- BBA in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Software experience: Microsoft Office Suite, payroll software
- SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred
Education/Knowledge/Experience:
- BBA in Human Resource Management or similar field
