    Details, Details, Details! We are hiring a Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team! If you love to keep things organized, are an exceptional multi-tasker, and have a welcoming, fun attitude, we have the role for you!

    As a Benefits Specialist at Edgewood, you would provide assistance to all locations on various employee benefits, assist with administration of existing plans including reconciling monthly billings and processing enrollments, day-to-day inquiries and reporting, and coordinate employee education through training and materials.

    This is a work-from-home position based out of the Grand Forks area.

    Minimum Requirements 

     

    If you are a highly organized DOER that has experience and/or a strength and passion for the following key areas, we invite you to apply today and learn more about this exciting NEW role: 

    • Associate’s degree HR, Business Management, Accounting or related field, required. 
    • 1-3 years of related employee benefits administration experience, preferred.
    • Ability to work independently, but also as an effective team-member 
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 
    • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
    • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use and train on a variety of HRIS systems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Passion and drive for helping others.
