Plus, newer technologies seem almost human-like in their ability to answer questions. So what does this mean for us as an HR community? What's next for us, how are our jobs changing, and what do we need to do to be ready? In this session, Ben Eubanks, author of Artificial Intelligence for HR, will share the answers to these and other questions in a fun, dynamic session. Expect to laugh, learn, and walk away with a different perspective of how technology is changing HR to be more human-focused than ever before.

Speaker Bio:

Ben Eubanks is an author, speaker, and researcher living in Huntsville, AL. His team surveys thousands of employers and workers each year to understand the latest workplace trends and changes. His latest bestselling book, Talent Scarcity, explores how to hire and keep workers during a talent shortage. He also hosts We're Only Human, a podcast focusing on improving human resources, one HR pro at a time. When he's not speaking or writing, he spends time with his four kids and runs in a variety of outlandish races for fun.

Directions: Park on the North side of the Grand Cities Mall in front of Hope Church (towards the West side of the mall). Enter the Hope Church main door (the door that is furthest West). The Big Connection Center can be found on the right side of the lobby area.
