The world of work has changed tremendously in the past few years, but one thing that has stayed persistent is the importance of multi-generational inclusivity, communication, and harmony. For the first time in modern history, most companies have 4, or sometimes even more, generations working side-by-side – each representing different skills, values, and perspectives – but how to work cohesively and thrive can be a challenge.

Join us for our Multi-Generational Workforce Leadership Panel which will feature HR professionals from the 4 main generations currently representing our workforce – Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X, and Baby Boomer. Each member of the panel will be providing their respective generation’s perspective throughout the discussion, which will be focused on what their generation wants, values, and perceives in the workplace. They will also incorporate their expertise and experience as an HR professional working in a multi-generational workforce and what has been successful in their company.

    REGISTER HERE!

    Learning Objectives Include:

    • Understanding what each generation values in the workplace (Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X, Baby Boomer)
    • Challenges and benefits of a multi-generational workforce and what has worked well for other companies
    • Differences in how each generation has been impacted by different trends, changes, and the environment around them

Generations by birth year and age:

    Gen Z born between 1997 and 2012 – ages 10 to 25

    Millennials born between 1981 and 1996 – ages 26 to 41
