Event Overview:
Join us for our May Meeting where Chris Zygarlicke, Director of Employee Development and Engagement at the Energy & Environmental Research Center, will present on timeless people-centric engagement principles based on what is working in Fortune 500 companies and what has been experienced at a 260-person nonprofit energy research firm.
These seven principles, when employed, will create a highly engaged workforce: impactful onboarding, working toward a culture of engagement, job-enhancing tools and flexibility, learning and development support, workplace safety and wellness, rewards and recognition, and appreciation. Learning objectives will include:

- Learning to make employee engagement part of your company/organizational culture.
- Gaining confidence in deploying a few simple engagement practices and tools that fit.
