Overview:
The Workforce Crisis that we face will be more challenging in the future, our eyes need to be open for what is ahead! Hear what we can do to best utilize our current workforce, how to be proactive to analyze your organization, and how we can adapt to attract and develop quality talent in the future!

Speaker Bio:
Mike Henke is a national speaker who’s passion for building strong teams led to the creation of Mike Henke Inc, and he works with organizations throughout the country in the areas of Leadership Training, Recruiting & Retention, and Positive Workplace Environment. Mike has created over 50 training programs, is a former SHRM Chapter President, and has been selected to present at 10 SHRM State Conferences, 7 Disrupt HR events, and for 36 SHRM chapters!

Directions: Park on the North side of the Grand Cities Mall in front of Hope Church (towards the West side the mall). Enter the Hope Church main door (the door that is furthest West). The Big Connection Center can be found on the right side of the lobby area.
Please bring your own brown bag lunch, or feel free to order from a restaurant in the Grand Cities Mall like French Taste in Ferguson Books, Mo's Cafe, or Rumors and get it to go!
