    This session will explore various Experiential Learning strategies available to Greater Grand Forks businesses to build their workforce.  They include Internships, Registered Apprenticeships, High School Cooperative Work Experiences and Job Shadows, the Northern Valley Career Expo and college Career Conversations.  We will touch on the details and benefits of each strategy along with implementation and funding resources.  Presenters include staff from the  University of North Dakota Career Services, Grand Forks Region Economic Development, Job Service North Dakota, North Dakota Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Grand Forks Public Schools, Career and Technical Education.  At the end of the session, attendees will have a better idea of available Experiential Learning strategies and resources and their value in recruiting, retaining and developing talent.
