Our June chapter meeting will be held Thursday, June 14th at Scheels Conference Room in the Columbia Mall. The doors will open at 11:30am for members to network and the program will begin at 11:45am. Our guest speaker is David Bergstrom from Altru Health Systems Pastoral Services and he will discuss "Diversity Helps Us All".
The key learning objectives are:
1. Look at benefits of world traveling
2. Defining diversity
3. Consider different barriers to diversity and benefits of it
4. Discuss the importance of being open-minded
5. Examine the role of intelligence and creativity
6. Reflect on different studies that illustrate how diversity makes us smarter
